De transportorganisatie voor de dienbladen bestaat uit meer dan 180 meter transportbanden waarvan  130 meter op het dak en die voorzien is van een speciaal gebouwde technische gang,  vier verticale transportliften met een totale hoogte van 23 meter die de dienbladen tot aan het afruimgedeelte van het vaatwaslokaal brengen.  Deze indrukwekkende vaatwas organisatie is aangevuld met het automatisch transporteren van bestek vanaf het vaatwas toestel tot aan de bestek sorteermachine.  Dit project werd volledig door <strong>Sabemaf<\/strong> ontworpen, uitgetekend en gerealiseerd in nauwe samenwerking met onze partners <strong>Meiko<\/strong> (conveyors en vaatwassers) en <strong>Brimato<\/strong> (bestek sortering).
